Smile more, worry less - International Happiness Day

As we approach International Day of Happiness on 20th March 2021, let's take time to reflect on the past year and how we can smile more and worry less..

Replacing negative energy and surrounding yourself with positive people will make a massive change in your life whether that be on social media, work or your personal life, it will change your mood, how you view the world and the expectations you have on yourself so make sure you’re spending time with family and friends who make a ‘better you’.

People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things they're thankful for experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have stronger immune systems, so get writing in your notebook!
