We've setup this page to provide you with up-to-date with our current operations.
 
We're operational, orders are being dispatched as 'Normal-ish'
 
We have made adjustments to our working environment to ensure we're Covid secure, this includes sanitisation of all dispatch team, gloves and face masks.
 
To ensure social distancing is maintained we're only able to have two team members on dispatch, so we're working in shifts to process as many orders as possible.
 
Dispatch is currently taking 24-48Hrs, so your parcel will be 3-5 working days after dispatch.
 
Express delivery has resumed from 26/06/2020.
 
We understand it may be frustrating waiting a little longer for your order but please understand that with the festive season and Covid the postal service is under pressure.
  
EXTRA CHANGES
 
We're returning our service to normal, as such our returns period is now 30-days.
 
In light of recent information from the Government we’ve taken the decision to temporarily restrict access to our warehouse for non-team members. We’re committed to operating a safe environment for both you and us, and so we can continue to do this safely we feel this is a measure we need to take.
 

 Any order placed between 20/03/2020 to 20/06/2020 is still eligible for the extended returns window of 45-days.
