We've setup this page to provide you with up-to-date with our current operations.
 
We're operational, orders are being dispatched as 'Normal-ish'
 
We have made adjustments to our working environment to ensure we're Covid secure, this includes sanitisation of all dispatch team, gloves and face masks.
 
To ensure social distancing is maintained we're only able to have two team members on dispatch, so we're working in shifts to process as many orders as possible.
 
Dispatch is currently taking 24-48Hrs, so your parcel will be 3-5 working days after dispatch.
 
We understand it may be frustrating waiting a little longer for your order but please understand that due to the current pandemic, the postal service is under massive pressure.
  
EXTRA CHANGES
 
In light of recent information from the Government we’ve taken the decision to temporarily restrict access to our warehouse for non-team members. We’re committed to operating a safe environment for both you and us, and so we can continue to do this safely we feel this is a measure we need to take.
   
Customer service is operating as normal and but please understand that response time may not be our normal standard.
