HOW TO RETURN GOODS FOR REFUND

You may return goods bought on www.hewlettandco.uk by post

In the unlikely event you received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact customers services before returning your order.

   

1. Please check that your return meets the Conditions of Return (below) and ensure you're within the time limits set out in  Your Right To Cancel (below).

  

2. Please select a returns code from the list below and enter into the corresponding column on your returns form, against the item you wish to return.

 

3. Package the goods safely and securely and send the goods to:

(Do not add tape directly to the shoe box, Thank you).

4. You'll need to pay the return postage and we recommend obtaining proof of postage.

We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Additional Information  
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you're approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-14 working days.

Please make sure you return the goods in accordance with the Conditions of Return & within time limits of Your Right To Cancel - we will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements.

HOW TO EXCHANGE GOODS

2. Please select M returns code from the list on your returns form then specify the size you would like as a replacement.

 

3. Package the goods safely and securely and send the goods to:

5. Once we've received it back, we'll get your exchange processed and sent out ASAP and we'll cover the postage of getting this to you. 

 

Additional Information

If you wish to exchange your order than please ensure we've receive it within 30 days from the date of you receiving your order to complete an exchange.

 

Upon receiving your goods, we will dispatch you the new exchanged items within 7 working days.

 

Receiving an exchange does not extend your cancellation period, therefore, your cancellation remains 30 days from the point of original delivery, not the date of exchanged delivery.

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. We ask that you try the items when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent.

Footwear will only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box (inc: no tape applied to the box). Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition. 

Items with a seal tag will only be accepted where the seal tag remains attached and undamaged. Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition. 

Gift cards are also exempt and non returnable.

Items bought as part of a promotional set, multi-buy or other combined offers (including free items) must be returned together as originally purchased.

If you are eligible, we can only process a refund onto the original card used to pay for the goods. If you paid using a gift card, we will refund the amount onto a gift card.

As long as you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Conditions of Return, we will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel your contract within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

The easiest way to do this is to return the goods to us (making sure they are returned in accordance with Conditions of Return, above).

If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 30 day period has expired you need to let us know of your intention to cancel within the 30 day period.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Tape has been applied to the box and is no longer saleable
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase
