Please note our in-store returns policy differs to the online returns policy.
We are pleased to offer an exchange or credit note on any of our items as long as you have the original purchase till receipt.
NO REFUNDS GIVEN.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, hats, sunglasses and other personal care items are deemed non-returnable.
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded.
Items bought as part of a promotional set, multi-buy or other combined offers (including free items) must be returned together as originally purchased.
All items must be in their original condition with all tags attached, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition.
